So first, for the benefit of all, a short ROM installation guide :

You need to be rooted. If you don’t have root, then go here, read every word carefully, and do accordingly after you have understood it completely. Don’t worry, its very simple. Still facing problems? feel complimentary to ask any question in the comments! we will try our best to reply.

You need to have a custom-made recovery. That’s the easiest part! (and the most crucial as well.)

EASY WAY: All u need to do after you get root is install ROM manager and with a stable Internet connection, download and flash CWM(ClockWork Mod) recovery from the app itself.

Put ROM zip into the SD card, preferably a folder named AAA or something like that. (for ease of access through recovery)

Wipe everything/factory reset, format system, data, cache, dalvik cache, etc. through mounts menu in recovery.

Flash the ROM from SD card through recovery.

Reboot and enjoy!
